- cancellation within 10 days of the arrival date you are charged the 2 nights amounts
- deposit booking is equal to the amount of 2 nights

- food preparation in room or the balconies is not allowed
Children & extra beds
- Swings for children up to 3 years are free of charge (for one child)
- Children up to 5 years are not charged if utilize the benefits of a double room of their parents (for a child)
- for children from 5 to 12 years extra bed is charged at a price of 10 €
